3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. GCC Families cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Business Listings

If you submit a business listing or event on GCC Families:

• All information must be accurate and up to date
• Listings are subject to review and approval before going live
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that does not meet our standards
• You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, dates, age ranges and descriptions
• GCC Families is not responsible for any transactions between families and activity providers

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on GCC Families — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by GCC Families or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

By submitting content (such as photos or descriptions) to GCC Families, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute that content on our platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GCC Families provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any activity listings or event information. Always verify details directly with the activity provider before visiting.

We are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage that occurs as a result of participating in any activity or event found through our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GCC Families shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any activity found through it.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
